Factors considered for batch selection:
- Cost of raw material.
- Availability and duration of stock jute.
- Physical properties and quality of jute fibres.
- Quality of yarn being spun.
- Cost of production.
- Machine used during processing.
- Demand of the customer.
Sacking weft batch may contain:
- Runners and rejections.
- Line cuttings.
- Bale cuttings.
- Soft and hard waste.
- Rope waste and jute dust.
- Habijabi and tangled jute.
